"Start em Young"

My heart was racing, whistles being blown from every direction and you have to keep moving. Sweat starts too drip and my blood began to run warm, is this whats its like too be out on the mat? These questions flying in and out of my head "Stay focused Elliott" says Coach Coleman. This kid was huge but I still hung with him scoring points when I could, shot after shot. It was my first match ever and I was nervous, all the training and hard work began too pay off but then I lost. After the season was over I thought about how I lost my first match and if there was anyway I could help younger wrestlers have a better experience than I had and there was my chance, a middle school program started by my teams head coach, Coach Coleman. Mr. Coleman cares passionately about the sport of wrestling his whole life, a man with great knowledge and so much too teach and what a better way too introduce a sport so challenging to a bunch of sixth, seventh, and eight graders. We use this program to introduce the sport of wrestling, many kids stay and many kids go because wrestling isn't for everybody. "This is a tough sport for tough kids". A quote Coach Coleman says all the time, and its true! If you're not a tough kid ready to endure mental and physical training all the way too college level wrestling is not a sport for you. Running these kids hard makes them better and they improve too better themselves, wrestling gives them more discipline  than most kids who do nothing. Have a heart of a champion.
